USEBI is composed of five task forces that address its priorities and policy initiatives. Each task force is led by a USEBI member and staffed by ECOWAS and the U.S. Chamber, including chamber regional affiliates.
Interested U.S. Chamber members can join any task force they wish, but general rules exist for all such groups and participants. Reports are submitted to The CEO Forum composed of USEBI members for discussion, approval, and implementation. The task forces are chaired by a member company. USEBI meets annually to set the agenda and priorities.
